We have a total of 3 waterfront accesses for our 13 rental cabins.

Access to the lake No.1

This is a large grass yard shared for the six closest chalets. It is possible to swim from this access, given the water quality of Grand Lac Brompton. Access to the water is from two concrete steps or by the dock. There are a number of kayaks and life jackets reserved for users of this access. It is also possible to go to the rental center at access No.2 to use more boats.

Access to the lake No.2

This is a large lot adjacent to the Brasserie Lac Brompton, a private access is reserved for tenants of our 6 closest chalets. It is possible to swim from this access. Access to the water is from a small beach, a gradual descent safe for young children, and the bottom is small gravel. From this location, our chalets and boats tenants share a lot of kayaks and pedal boats, under the supervision of the rental center.

Access to the lake No.3 (private)

This is the only private access, only for the “Imposant waterfront” chalet. It is possible to swim from this access, access to the water is from a dock or a staircase, a gradual descent safe for young children, and the bottom is small gravel. There are also a number of kayaks and life jackets reserved for tenants of this chalet. It is also possible to go to the rental center at access No.2 to use more boats.

Only for the Imposant Waterfront chalet

Our accesses to the lake are beautiful large grounds with picnic tables, but there is no sandy beach. Just 2 minutes from our chalets, you can go to Camping Plage McKenzie, one of the most beautiful sandy beaches in the Eastern Townships.

Contact us a few days before your arrival if you want to take possession of the chalet before 4 p.m., or leave after 11 a.m. We can confirm in time and place, according to our maintenance schedule.

Before your arrival, stop at the Brasserie Lac Brompton to collect the key to the chalet. Then, escape to the chalet to relax in this clean and cozy place. Our housekeeping service is detail-oriented, and all bedding is freshly delivered from a local laundry room.

Unfortunately, dock space is very limited at Grand Lac Brompton. It is not possible to moor a boat for the duration of a stay. However, we offer our chalet tenants the free launch at the Brasserie Lac brompton boat ramp, then you can park the trailer at the chalet directly.

We have a large lot of pedal boat and kayak, both for our chalet tenants who use them for free, and for people from outside who wish to rent them without having a chalet reserved with us. (see price in the “Activities” section)

On busy days, we ask our cabin tenants to return with the boat to the rental center after 1 hour, in order to offer it to someone else, if there are no other requests. he can leave with it to continue the fun!

In total, we have about twenty kayaks, 4 pedal boats and 4 paddle boards.

The boats are available every day from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. The schedule may vary depending on the weather.

We do not have baby equipment at our cabins, but most of them have enough space if you wish to bring your own.

BOOKING CONDITIONS

You can make the reservation online, quickly and easily.
The prices indicated are before taxes (lodging taxes, GST and QST). No additional charge.
50% of the total amount is required for the reservation.
The second payment of 50% will be taken from the credit card on file, 10 days before arrival.
In the case of a late reservation (made less than 14 days before the rental period), full payment will be required.
No credit for early departures.
A security deposit between 500$ and 2 500$, depending on the chalet, will be taken from the credit card on file on the day of arrival.

TERMS OF CANCELATION

Within 24 hours of booking, there is the possibility of canceling free of charge.
More than 30 days before the rental period, a refund of 50% of the deposit will be given on the same method of payment. There is also the possibility of changing the date and / or chalet depending on availability and current rates.
Less than 30 days before the rental period, no refund will be made.
Reason for cancellation: Regardless of the reason and / or the reason for a cancellation or modification of a reservation (weather condition, road conditions, natural disasters, illness, death, or others), Domaine Lac Brompton is released. of any responsibility.

Domaine Lac Brompton is located in a residential area, so we ask our tenants to be respectful at all times. Evictions and fines will apply for non-compliance with the regulations.

COTTAGE REGULATIONS

• Tenants agree not to be noisy, not to play music and to keep a minimum volume of voice between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m. out of respect for the neighborhood. All cabins have a zero tolerance policy for loud parties. With good neighborliness as a priority, and in order to preserve our rental operations, we recommend that party-goers refrain. Evictions and fines will apply.
• It is the tenant’s responsibility to respect the maximum number of occupants per rental unit at all times.
• It is forbidden to bring animals to the site
• Smoking is prohibited at the chalets
• The tenant and his party will be evicted without refund if there is a breach of the regulations, and a fee may be charged to the credit card and / or deducted from the tenant’s security deposit.
• Although everything is done to ensure the proper functioning of this equipment and other devices for the tenant’s stay, if a breakage occurs during the period of occupancy, the landlord does not take responsibility for replacing or reimbursing the tenant. for loss of use of these elements.
• Although every effort is made to ensure that all advertised equipment and devices are in working order at the start of the occupancy period, no rate reduction, rebate or refund will be made for mechanical breakdown of air conditioners, washing machines. dishes, washers, dryers, televisions, spas, barbecues and other non-essential appliances.

Weddings are not allowed at our chalets directly. However, we can accommodate you and your guests without any problem. Extend your wedding by offering you a nice stay with family and friends over a full weekend. If you wish to offer one chalet per group, it is also possible since all our chalets are less than 2km away from each other.

We suggest the wedding hall of the Grange Rouge, located a few minutes from our chalets.
